Because I am a hands on pool builder I am the one who ultimately designs the pool, works with the architect to obtain stamped Architectural plans, and obtain the necessary building permits. I am the project manager/foreman on the job that orchestrates the layout, excavation, installation of plumbing, steel, gunite, brick, tile, flatwork, mechanical and plaster.
